Jacob “Jake” Bergeron, founder and principal consultant, has significant Labor Relations and Human Resources experience having advocated for employer’s interests in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. 

Jake’s career in labor and employee relations has provided opportunities to partner with diverse stakeholders, from c-suite executives to entry-level personnel, in advocating for and advancing clients’ interests and objectives. Jake holds to the tenant that one must approach their work with authenticity, tenacity, and the seriousness it deserves while remaining grounded in a healthy sense of humor and pragmatism.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A). in Political Science from the University of Southern Maine and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the Charleston School of Law. Jake is admitted to the Connecticut Bar and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.

In his personal time, Jake enjoys spending time with his four-legged children and finds any excuse to be on, near, or under the water as an aquatic lifestyle enthusiast and scuba diver.
